Interview
The interview was very relaxed and detailed. Leadership seemed very helpful and open to the learning curve. Great earning potential if you get some of the larger accounts. They also promote from in house which is very cool. A lot of upward mobility and growth. They also offer a hybrid work setting after your training is complete and you get up to speed.
