I was emailed directly by the hiring manager who asked me to come in for an interview based off of my application (resume and cover letter). Met with hiring manager and their team and was asked about experience and confidence in learning in the role. My background didn't quite match up with what they were looking for in the end.

I had a phone interview and then one interview in person. After that they sent me an offer and I accepted. It was fairly quick and has been a great company to work for
