You go through two different interview processes where they ask about previous experience and a bunch of scenario questions. The second one involves a one hour observation. I was offered a position the same day as the second interview.

To apply for a job you go online and fill out a pretty generic application.
You then get an email or phone call asking you to come in
They call this an "open house interview". You come in and check in in the main building and are walked to a conference room (this is the same room you'll have weekly meetings & CPR and random movie nights when you're hired)
They explain GL and the different programs on campus. Different managers come in and split people up. I had my interview in a group home.
we went to their office and they asked me questions like, "what would you do if..." and "tell me about a situation when..."
Most people are hired on the spot. The turnover rate is crazy fast.
There will then be a two week training in Woburn

They asked me a lot of questions about how to prevent crisis situations. "A girl was mean to another girl and she seems really agitated"
The interview for this position was straight forward. I met with the cottage supervisor as well as program manager to answer questions about my education and experience. There is only one round of interviews for this role.
