Zco Corporation Interview Questions

It seemed to go pretty well, three people interviewed me and gave me a demo. I was qualified and a good fit for the position. I arrived after an initial call and the interview was not as formal as I had thought it would be.

Prepare for a multi step process, which is ok if it was for a larger company. In this situation they are a very small company. I was sold the position that you can easily make quite a bit of money. After questioning further asking what others make in the ballpark and was not given a direct answer of what folks had made in the past. I was understanding that the base was competitive 65-75K which is what is needed in Nashua Hudson Northern Mass area. I was shocked to learn and it is far from the truth. They want to only pay Account Executives a base of $35K. I have been getting offers of minimum base salary of $65-75K for Account Executive Roles. The ad lists 75K-125K for a base but when you inquire however they pay a small base salary with larger commissions it is a classic bait and switch and believe they are misleading folks in believing that they pay higher in actuality they do not. Very disappointed in this company and wasting the drive from Northern Mass

Very informative and was given plenty of time to ask questions and much more Was interviewed by a panel but didn't feel any pressure. It seemed to be a very friendly environment
