I tried to have personality and be happy and there was even a point that I made a slight hint of light-heartedness in response to the question "what 2k games have you played and what did you like about them?" and the interviewer seemed very monotone and disinterested in the actual connection with 2k games that I expressed, he just wanted to log my response and continue forward. I did not get an interview although I couldn't understand how over 15 years of experience training adult learners in sales and technology didn't qualify.

Consider yourself lucky. They probably didn't want to pay top dollar for the experience you brought to the table. The team there looks for 'yes men' to comply with orders and not think creatively or 'out of the box' - despite them saying you are 'empowered to do great things'. Less

This was after my presentation where I mentioned previously working with Cable Glands. I explained how cable glands take a lot of time and are very size specific so they aren't flexible for field work unless you have a huge inventory with all sizes on hand. Less
