What do we do here at Wells Fargo and what skills are necessary for the job?

Nothing particularly difficult, just very detailed behavioral questions based upon your past work experience.

Although the position was listed as Senior Accountant - Distressed Debt I learned in the interview it was more of a loan reconciliation position. It was stressed that the person should enjoy loan reconciliations. This was a surprise since the position was listed as an accounting role. They also required a timed psychometric test, unusual for a loan reconciliation position.
