These questions took me off guard a bit, but it was a great way to get to know more about what someone values. I personally won't share my answer here, but it was one of my favorite interview questions.

I did tell them that I am LDS. (And I am.)

I described a time that I felt my past supervisor (who had a very different work style than me) was not permitting me to explain my perception of a situation and asked her if we could talk in private. I shared my concerns and she hers, and we came to a mutual agreement. Going forward, we had a really great working relationship.

I would make sure to replace all files before I left for the night.

Being a positive example for my nephews and nieces by being the first in my family to graduate from college.
