If you stayed the night before, did you bring your luggage to the interview?

I can only speak for myself as I got a one on one. This was just my experience!

Thank you so much!! No honestly I'm not sure what they were exactly looking for.. The people In my group interview had Great answers but a lot of them didn't get the CJO. Only 10/40 of the whole group. I'm thinking it was because you were late! :( I tried to use the star method with my answers but I just answered them the best way I could! And no I flew home that night! The finger prints and drug screen only took an extra hour!! Less

Hi I'm finally back from the f2f interview and honestly it was a great experience just to be flown out there. They do consist of 30-40 people in a room and are paired in groups of 8. Then we were to do the activity where you draw a circle and write 3 lines in the middle of traits everyone in the group had in common followed by each individual loop of a special trait. Then the rest of the group would have to guess which special trait was yours. Afterwards we did a group interview which consisted of 3 questions: 1. "Who you are and what made you want to become a flight attendant" (everyone had to answer one by one) 2. "What was one stressful experience you had in the workplace" (this was optional and people were able to speak out whenever they felt" 3. This consisted of each individual picking a random cue card and had to wait till it was your turn to say the question out loud and answer right then and there. (My question was "have you ever recognized anybody who had shown exceptional customer service") Other questions: 1)who would you fly next to and why 2)etc I forgot sorry Afterwards it was the actual presentation consisting of the job description followed by question answering while recruiters pulled you in one by one for final things. (I was asked more interview questions that were really easy to answer) Then afterwards I got my fingerprint scanned and I headed out the door! I did hear that people who called you for the fingerprint is most likely to get the job but not sure. I was one of the few people who got called last and the recruiter said that was a good thing...;) Anyways I should hear back within a few weeks. Goodluck you guys!!!! Less

Nope, they just went off of what was on my resume, which definitely doesn't have everywhere I've worked on it. There's a separate check for the Department of Transportation, and they wanted full employment history for the last two years. But something like an FBI check, that's the kind of stuff they can pull up on their own. Less

Congrats! I would guess that you wouldn't have to put any work history on there if you haven't worked in that time frame. Less

I had my F2F interview this week and there were candidates in their 30s and 40s being fingerprinted, so I would say age is not an issue. As far as a type, the people who got fingerprinted were very well put together, professional, not wearing anything to stand out too much. Less
