What do you hate about Property Management (managing apartments)? ((Using the word 'hate' seemed extreme.))

The property owner wasn't as caring to the needs of the property or the renters as I would have been if mainly my responsibility to arrange repairs,. Maintance, etc. It was hard being the mediator when I fully didn't agree with the integrity of the daily operations. Wanted erk work with a more family oriented company that cater more about people and it's reputation for doing good business. Less

I was honest and told them I enjoyed hiking on the weekends and video games. They liked the idea one of my hobbies was at home so I could be ready for whenever something did happen at the apartment complex. Less
