You should be happy they did not make you an offer. Place is in total disarray.

I agree with John Golden. Be thankful that this happened during the interview process. Similar culture in the HR department that I interviewed with. Big red flag was when the HR Manager was saying bad things about other hospitals such as Kaiser. Sorry, but more people know and support Kaiser than LA Health. Yikes! What an unhappy organization. Wow I know this is in the pass for you however I agree with John and A.L the culture is not good. They have been allowed to bully people and it is time for it to stop. The HR department is a joke they don't standup for those treated poorly they add to the harassment so be thankful you didn't get employed hear and keep pursuing your efforts to expose them.. I too will ensure they will stop mistreating people and they don't like they dirty laundry aired in public so the board meetings are a good place to start… Good luck Less

It was my career dream position. I had always wanted to return to being a judge since becoming leaving the position in 2009. I told the General I had a plethora of experience in military justice and dealing with the criminal justice system, that I thought I could be fair and impartial, and that I would like to contribute what I had learned over the years to the military justice system.
