I turned the question into a positive answer. Working as a customer service rep my calls per minute drop below standard of the company. I was called in to the manager off to be given corrective action and listened to everything may manager had to say. I explain my concerns on how I would like to answer calls better and felt I need more training on a new service we providing to the customer. After I was discipline with a write up. I ask a fellow co-work if she could help me better understand the new product, she returned as someone else because she was confused as well. I gather up the my co-works that wanted to go over the the new product and ask my supervisor for clarification with the confusions on the new product . I believe in taking the time to learn from praise and discipline to help me to become and better employee.
