Up to the interview process the personnel dept were very lacklustre,. No emails sent to them prior were ever answered and one email address was unavailable. I tried to call the company (as their approach/mannerisms were odd and i thought their email approach looked like some sort of phishing scam) It took 9 attempts for them to pick up the phone, which in business is unprofessional, shouldn't have been surprised looking at their email mannerisms. They offered the position but the salary was very lacklustre and would have set me back to c2008. I had seen this position offered via an agency and they were offering £2000 more than i did, so i tried to haggle for £1000 more which they declined. Therefore i reasoned that i couldn't accept a salary so low and declined the offer. Given that this was being offered elsewhere for a lot more and the company is substantially lucrative i(200, 000 per seat) i thought i was being very reasonable. If you look at reviews you can see a history of issues with their lacklustre admin and despite benefits the salaries are stuck in the past. Less
