There were not many questions. The pressure was on me to impress them. They are good people though so it wasn't weird or scary to talk to them openly. Their main concern was in hiring someone who wanted to milk the base pay instead of being hungry for business.

They asked about how I approach selling, using a real world customer example. They asked other questions about my history and experience, inquiring how I could apply that knowledge going forward.

They asked me to describe what I could contribute to the company setting aside my resume, acknowledging that a resume was not the full story.....

The focus was on having a point of view of how I do, in my current job, and would approach my business at Salesforce. They encouraged me to read through the product portfolio and come prepared with some ideas on how the solutions could fit some customer situations.
