I can't peg a single question as the most difficult, but the areas most often troubling for department supervisors are dealing with difficult or unmotivated associates and knowing how and when to discipline and improve them. Another huge issue is understanding how to deal with an irate customer (regardless of whose fault the issue may be).
If I were to call your previous supervisor, what would be the one thing they would say you needed to change in order to be the most outstanding employee at the store? How do you anticipate customer's needs? what in school/work are you most proud of? (be specific)
