For a little background, I used to work in NYC as a Trend Forecaster for the Fashion, Home, and Luxury Goods markets. So, yes, inquiring about a job in a grocery store bakery may seem a bit odd...but, I was at a transitional point in my life and needed a change. I was seriously going through a lot, so I had been looking into job opportunities where I could still use my talents and creativity, while finding a job that I could possibly use as a stepping stone to get me into a different job, or even different company, eventually.
