In preparation for an interview, come ready to discuss your portfolio at length as well as your design process and what design software you are familiar with. Graphic design positions can be very specific to the company so make sure you brush up on the company's current design style and are ready to explain how your style and experience will mesh.
After attempting a test to design few graphics I was asked about the self introduction. As I had an experience, they started to explain me about the work I have to after joining.2 Answers
At Zivro, the salary offered is commensurate with the abilities of the candidate. Its absolutely left to the candidate to accept or not take the offer. Mr. Venkatesh Rathode, if you were not satisfied with the salary, you shouldn’t’t have taken this offer. Going forward please be truthful in the interviews and don’t fake yourself as a designer when you are actually not.( FYI : Your profile was background verified) Thanks. PS: Be a True Courageous Indian and don't hide behind an anonymous review.
THE COURAGEOUS INDIAN: My mistake that I agreed to join for that salary for just I happened to believe I would learn and contribute. Unfortunate that I expected something unusual from an unprofessional company. I solemnly admit my mistake to not to think about the salary but to stick to the narrowness of my thoughts expecting a great work experience at Zivro. FAKING AT THE INTERVIEW: Here's my background: I have worked as a teacher, as an international patient care coordinator, have took care of children at an NGO-run school, I have worked in an international BPO, and I have been a content editor, but never I was doubted about my strength in the new job role considering my previous work experiences. I design and I do it great, and I and people I have worked for know it. I have learnt morals and ethics from the entire experience. I regret explaining this to you. FOR YOUR INFORMATION: I don't want to prove you if I am a designer or not. But, let me clear it for you that I have an immense courage to attend an interview for any job profile on the planet and not fake it; for I know to say 'I know this and I can do this', 'I don't know this but I will learn it and do it' or 'I cannot do it.' I will hire a plumber as a writer if he could write; a janitor as a mathematics teacher if he could teach maths; a beggar as a sales manager if he knows how to market, and I would never consider his/her background. It's unfortunate that you use the word 'fake'; I take it, for I cannot expect a better and a professional response from you. Sincerely, The courageous Indian, Venkatesh Rathod
