The whole process is very impersonal. Each contact is with a different group and person: the recruiter, the HR who escorts you to the interview, the interviewer and the hired negotiator. The offer low, I'm not sure if it had to do with the fact I got a raise between the time I put the application and when I got the offer. Based on how disconnected each step of the process looks, very likely it was decided by HR based on some strict tabulators and has nothing to do with your particular skills, talents or capabilities demonstrated during the interview. Definitely an irritating waste of time.
I would show her many of the new merchandise available for her graduation, and also provide feedback on how it compliments her figure and skin tone. I would then politely provide additional suggestions on how to accessorize her outfit to make it "pop". I would finish off with a spritz of the Cato's fragrances she may like. Finally, I would ask if she would be interested in a Cato's credit card and remind her of the layaway options available to her.
