Face-to-face, customer is always right -- accept the criticsm; Separately, go "up-the-line" to provide feedback at higher levels of customer organization, with balanced view of the situation. This requires asking for assisstance from my own senior management

Neil asked me the normal questions that a president of a construction company would ask. He asked me what my vision would be heading up the Denver office, cultivating new clientele for the new Rocky Mountain Division. Mr. Nelson covered and outlined the ESI culture and why he hand selected his management team and why he does the specific practice. I was very satisfied with Neil's presentation and flattered when he offered me the position.

The questions were all related to past experience and related education. For example: Explain how you gained experience in this area; describe a time when you handled this type of issue, etc
