What have you learned about Finish Line during the interview process?

It was a fairly standard round of questioning....why do you want to be here?; what are your strengths? Weaknesses? How would you handle XXX? Tell me about a time when XXX. The most challenging question for me personally was about my budgeting experience; as in my prior role, PMs were not responsible for budget management other than contributing HW/SW costs and resource hours to the Product Mgr (who WAS responsible for the budget). Luckily, PMs who are PMP certified have to have a standardized knowledge base; so even if you come across something you haven't used in practice, you can probably learn it fairly quickly with some homework on the PMI site and online in general.
