BPO interview questions shared by candidates
No unexpected question was asked as such. However, the funny point in the all the interviews is that the interviewee will be crossed and tossed in a way that they are being considered for highly interesting analytical and research oriented work profiles, whereas the work offered will be of highly low grade and boring, which will be forcibly tried to unnecessarily make as difficult and complicated by the higher management.
PLEASE DO NOT consider TCS. The environment sucks. The escalation matrix is simply not existing for anyone directly not in the management. The simplicity of the job is countered by self-imposed artificial work place pressures and unhealthy workplace environment imposed by the managers. The team leads, managers, senior managers are all 100 percent bosses, and 0 percent leaders. The Background check or BGC sucks, it takes almost a year's time to complete, and HRs call up previous company contacts and use those personal feedbacks to judge if you have actually finished your release process from last organization. (Even though all the documents are provided). AND Yes a lot of times your submitted documents are LOST and you are ADDRESSED to re-provide the documents as if it was ALL YOUR FAULT.
Why do you want this job? Are you easily bored? Do you need to work a certain number of hours every week? Is the location of the office an issue for you?
