First, I would examine the psychometric properties of the exam. If there were clear indications of bias/unfairness in the exam items, I would consider a corrective scoring action. I would also openly discuss the results of the exam with the class. Difficult exams are ok. Biased exams are not, but they can masquerade as difficult exams. Student feedback is key.
Discussions with business representatives were genial and intellectually undemanding, mainly about the job; personality test was a little old fashioned and results were lamely obvious; org psy was philosophical - "Would you legalise all drugs?"
The key is to be yourself and think deeply about these questions (even though they may seem generic). Your interviewer will push you to deep dive into your answers and will give plenty of feedback so be prepared!
