What would you do if there was a line of angry customers and the person infront was taking a long time to order?
I would apologize to the customers, ask for help and suggestive sell to the person that was undecided on their order.
i'll suggest current customer to have menu card, take some time and then come back with his/her order,meanwhile i'll apologize to waiting customers and start taking there order n also do some upselling.
I would suggest the customer have any of the specials or just ask if they'd like to try something and hopefully get them to make a choice
