I'm unique in my own way as I don't think of myself as conceited, but a hard worker. (Something along those lines. This question can be tricky, just don't shame yourself or say "Because I'm just better" or become discouraged).
Regardless of whether or not there are customers waiting to be helped, I refrain from inappropriate conversations and behaviors with my coworkers.
I'm not the type of individual who likes to goof off. I'm focused on the task at hand and doing my job well is very important to me.
If I eat at a place that constantly has bad food, exceptional customer service still would not be enough to get me to keep coming back. But if a place just had an off day, and maybe I received cold soup or burnt bread, then yes, great customer service can make the difference between an angry customer and a loyal customer.
