I told him about a time where disaster (failure to uphold the requirements of our contracts) was averted because, as supervisor, I went out of my way to nip the problem in the bud and communicate with those involved. And then after communicating about what was happening, and how we were going to fix it, and what our timeline was, how we worked very hard until the crisis had past.
The questions are behavioral because you are mostly dealing with people in the scope of the job. What is your biggest accomplishment? Name a time when you went above and beyond for a customer.
