I was a little nervous about this question because I am very art oriented and the jobs I was applying for seemed like they were for a different breed of person. I answered it honestly and in my mind I was hoping that I did not seem too out of the box for the position.
In regard to what? And then I began to offer conjecture of what may have been meant, with example ----it wasn't. Actually., nothing offered was apparently relate-able to that interviewer regarding anything. Nonetheless I proceeded with this, as they liked. The HR director did warn me what was coming. (No, they did not appear as "happy" about it either. I had been told, to "survive" the job, adaptation to that culture would determine any kind of success---for what, a paycheck, until heart attack, or staff rebellion?)
