1. A behavior question from HR manager, "How can you handle the disagreement raised from your audiences when you are presenting your works on stage?" 2. A technical question from department director, "Please work me through the knowledge that inspires your accomplishment?"
Try to be honest and answer the question logically. If you applied for a high level position (like PHD or Master), prepare your technical knowledge along with behavior questions before the onsite interview.
Most engineers in school tend to work within their own discipline so we don't have a lot of interdisciplinary experience to go off of. Just emphasize your teamwork skills and your willingness to work with other disciplines and also technicians and operators as well.
