I let the managers know that I absolutely love helping other people to resolve issues and generally, making their day. Applying for visas can be a long, tedious, and expensive process and customer support can help smooth things out a bit.
What are you customer service skills? Name a time you were not able to help a customer. Name a difficult situation with a customer that you were able to turn around. Why are you interested in the Customer Support Specialist position? Why Venmo? Do you have a concern working in Customer Service? Can you deal with different types of customers and a high workload. Why are you interested specifically in Customer Service. What do you know about Venmo? What is your ideal work environment?
Typical generic situation and behavioral questions. Ex. Give an example of a time you had to respond to an unhappy customer. Tell me about a situation when you had to work with beyond your scope of responsibility to resolve an issue. Etc
