Glad I have other options ...and one is with competitor. Its fine just keep pressing evidently it was not the right position for us. No where on my info did I say I had insurance experience. Standard questions, very few technical, mostly experience or how would you handle a poor performer. One telling question was whether I had any issues with working on weekends starting on saturday morning at 5am for no pay/bonus due to CAT activity.

Who feels good about unpaid ot, especially being forced to come in at 5am on a Saturday without CAT pay? This supports why they are still trying to fill this position 4 months later. Any company that doesn't have the courtesy to at least tell you they aren't choosing you is not a company I'd want to work for. Less
