I explained that I formerly worked with a software that had a black screen that we entered confidential information. I'm used to working in a high security and confidential setting. I explained that I am a good candidate due to the fact I am good at working independently on high concentration and detailed tasks for long periods of time.
They ask behavioral questions exsclusively. I've done a lot of interviews with them and one of their favorites is: Tell me about a time that your supervisor did something unethical and what you did about it.
They get really excited about the STAR method of answering interview questions. Tell them the Situation. Then talk abou the Task that the situation required. Then talk about the Action you took to improve the situation. Finally, talk about the Results of your actions. They love it so much that it almost doesn't matter what you say as long as you follow that format.
