What are my strengths, and what are my weaknesses.

I tried to be as honest as I could. But in the hiring process for nurses, they will not ask these questions.

Questions are pretty standard. They ask what is the time when you had an angry family/ client and how did I handle it.

Questions were the typical "what would you do..." type of questions.

Nothing was really out of the ordinary. I had some prepared to reference some difficult cases I'd worked with and there were some typical "How do you deal with problems in your team?" type questions but nothing that was very difficult.

Am I able to work in a challenging environment.

Tell about a time where you went above and beyond.

Case Scenario: Patient has been treated frequently at a D&A facility, is reportedly homeless and family members are unwilling to shelter him. He shared he had used in the last 24 hours. He has medical assistance and food stamps, etc... How would you analyze this case? What services would you recommend?

Why do you want to work here? What do you know about CBH?

I was asked what I would do when faced with an angry member, as well as my knowledge of medicaid and managed care. Not rocket science for any social worker.
