How would you handle an angry guest?
I said I would ask them how I could remedy the situation . If the guest was still unhappy I would get a manager to talk to them .
I would ask what I could do to help and ask why he's upset to show that I care about our customers. If it's possible in this scenario to resolve the issue and try to ensure the guests satisfaction,I would try to do so. If he was still angry I would go to the manger and speak to her about it.
