Talk about a time when you dealt with a difficult customer. How did you handle the situation? What was the outcome?
I received a phone call from an irate customer, who received a late fee on her most recent credit card statement. She was adamant that she wasn't late. Given the fact she has been a long time customer & has impeccable payment history, I offered to waive the late fee and collect payment to bring her account current. She obliged and was very happy at the end of the call. She made it known that she will be continuing her business with us as a result of that phone call.
