interview questions shared by candidates
There weren't any difficult questions. They were all very standard interview questions. "Why our company?", etc. I wasn't asked to do this, but one manager I worked with would ask applicants during the pre-screen to sell them the item of the month, after she told them a little about it. The IOM is just something that's required for everyone to try and sell when they are ringing people out. It's usually a new item that BBB wants to feature at the registers.
The most difficult thing about the hiring process is leading candidates to believe and lean on promises that once on board were really just "hollow" promises and with no intention to follow through on them.
