Consumer insights interview questions shared by candidates
A coworker is making a presention and would like to mention a 3% increase in customer satisfaction over the previous year and wants to know your input. What advice would you give him/her?
I mentioned that although 3% is still an increase and can be mentioned, I would not focus on it too much because it is not that substantial and we could do better. Maybe talk about how we can do better.
Are you comfortable operating both independently and in teams? Can you balance quant and qual data, and then present your findings in different formats, depending on the audience?
