A lot of time was spent explaining what I'd be writing about & promoting. We reviewed by portfolio. I was asked basic questions about why I think I'd be a good fit for the position and for the company and about how I spend my free time. I was given a writing assignment and asked to re-design my personal business card (it needed it) to gauge my creativity.
