You should tip for the service, not for me to embarrass myself, I'm sorry for having self respect.

The right approach depends on the situation. If the customer is overcharged, try to find either a suitable replacement that costs around the same or the more responsible choice refund. If the customer did not get charged for something they wanted, regardless of or not its a trick, it should always be charged and never just put in with the initial order because the store will loose money that way.

The right approach is to treat every situation as if it were an honest mistake. Ultimately the customer is always right and going the extra mile to refund them their money or replace their food will go a long way. Double checking your work quickly as you go, checking receipts, and repeating back orders to a customer are all ways that mistakes can be minimized.

I'm unique in my own way as I don't think of myself as conceited, but a hard worker. (Something along those lines. This question can be tricky, just don't shame yourself or say "Because I'm just better" or become discouraged).

Regardless of whether or not there are customers waiting to be helped, I refrain from inappropriate conversations and behaviors with my coworkers.

I don't guess that it was that bad of a question, but It struck me awkward. Mostly because I was interviewing for a part-time after school job, and not management or some job higher up the ladder.

What they would like to hear relates to every worker potential. How can you, as a part time after school team member help bring more customers to the company? By smiling warmly, listening attentively to them, getting a solution if they have an issue, ensuring they get their food hot, fresh and fast, ensuring they have a clean restaurant - and safe restaurant - to dine and relax in. Your attitude, speed and positivity is what will cause each customer to return again and again. The more money coming into the store, the better your future raises and promotions. The base job title for every single employee in every single job in the world is 'team' member. You all work as a team to give the best customer experience you can. This increases profits for all.

What they want to hear from you is that your going to be on top of it and that it wouldnt happen if you work a lot faster, Or you could refer the angry customer to a manager or team leader to keep the customer in the store.

I love working Little Caesars Pizza. I've been working there for almost a year. I always encounter a similar situation. I always tell them that I just sold out the ones tha are ready in just few minutes ago and also always told them that it would be ready in 5 to 10 min that even sometimes it would take up to 15 min. They will be fine. I don't have customers arguing with just because of it. Talk to them with a happy smile face and in a friendly way approach.
