The interview was conducted via phone by HR Recruitment, it took about 30 - 35 minutes. As expected they were all behavioral based questions only 3 towards the end of the interview the remaining time was spent discussing past employment history.
Listen to their needs. if it is a product we could carry offer to special order it. If it is not something we can carry (i.e. Coca Cola) offer a reasonable alternative that we do carry. You can even give them one for free so they can try it on the spot. If there is not a comparable alternative it is completely acceptable to help them research where they could find this product. That is why we are allowed to use our iphones on the floor, only for customer satisfaction. The needs of the customer always comes before the sales of the store.
Great answer. That is truly a good approach so the customer knows we are willing to make them appreciate our service so that they are comfortable with it. So Sorry I meant to click up but I pressed down :/
