Q: This isn't a normal CSM position, we do expect a lot from these roles as we don't see our tasks as a "check the box" type of format, can you handle this type of responsibility with a book of ~150 clients?

I'm not unfamiliar with those types of expectations because I hold myself to that type of standard. The volume of clients does not scare me either, I'm used to working with a large book and a variety of clients in different verticals as well. I say "bring on the challenge". (Something like that?)
