It was a while ago, so I can't really remember what they asked me, but it is pretty standard. I know they eliminated the co manager position, and now they are looking for full time sales leads instead, so they will be able to get the same work as a co manager, with a title of sales lead, and they pay a lot less, so the company gets to save money. I believe the next step is closing stores since they are not doing so well with net sales as a company and they were just bought out by another company.

Describe a time you had to communicate a change in store operations to the hourly associates.

Tell me how you would deal with an angry or upset customer.

She stopped the interview and took me to the sales floor where she left me to observe the store (customer, staff, interactions, merchandising, etc) and provide thoughts on the store as a whole and what I thought a managers role should be.
