Know your resume and how it applies to the position (which you should already have prepped)

In the 30-minute interview rounds, each interviewer prepared a “hard question”. It was different for each of them but the point of the question was to throw you off and really see how you reacted to it. Two of the questions were 1) what would I do if I had bad data from one client’s product but had to sell said product to a different client and 2) what was the “best” mistake that I’ve ever done? The point here is to see the real you and how you react, compared to hearing a pre-prepared question. The best way to prepare for this type of question is to just know yourself, know what you’ve done and knowing your true worth.
