I was asked this multiple times throughout the interview. The degree was not important nor related to the job. By the 8th time I simple stated that they had been given ample opportunity to review my CV. If it was a necessity Robin Sayles should not have contacted me and asked me for an interview. Less

Good management, like any good relationship, relies on open communication. Effective communication, in turn, relies on respect and honesty between the parties. As a manager, I work to earn my team's respect and to be honest with them about their successes and failures, and I expect the same from them. I lead by example, and make sure I touch base regularly so I know both how the team's work is progressing but also how they're feeling as part of the team. I also rely on external appraisals of the team's work and share those insights. Less
Not anything particularly as I was a selected candidate and salary was the only issue. They gave me a good raise.

Why are you interested in working here and what can I tell you about the environment?
Questions by the first interview panel were related to my answers/thoughts on the decision-making exercise. They also asked about my skills for the job and my experience in activism and why working in this position and with this nonprofit appealed to me. In the second interview, they wanted to know more about me and my experiences that brought me to this point in time.
