What do you think will be challenging about this position?

Although I have been to an Off the Grid event in the Presidio, I am not all that familiar with selling or planning food trucks or food truck events. I know that there will be a learning curve, but I am positive that with my previous hospitality, leadership, sales and event planning experience, I will be able to get up to speed quickly and bring a lot to your team to help them succeed.
