Interview
1- Entrevista con RRHH (online): descripción del puesto y preguntas típicas de recursos humanos.
2- Entrevista con managers (online): tuvo lugar tras dos semanas de la entrevista con RRHH. Tuve que explicar experiencia previa, descripción más detallada del puesto, día a día, y Business Case en Excel. Para el Business Case: ellos te mandan un correo durante la entrevista que contiene un Excel. Tuve que abrirlo y compartir pantalla y resolver unas preguntas. No son complicadas si tienes experiencia previa en analítica de datos.
3-Videollamada de oferta: RRHH agendó una videollamada para el día siguiente de la entrevista con los managers. Se me explicó el feedback positivo y se me hizo una oferta de trabajo.
En total ha durado unas 2 semanas. La chica de RRHH es encantadora y los managers son personas inteligentes y muy simpáticos. Me sentí muy cómoda

The interview process was composed by two parts: as first an online test about evaluating analytical skills on e-commerce dynamics. Then, a call with the HR was programmed. I got a final answer a week later.

Mix of technical and soft skills interviews. Friendly interviewers that gave me a good impression of the company's culture. I did 5 steps counting the first evaluation, hr, hiring manager, business case, director.

The process is long but is really intresting and is also great to learn in each interview. The team is amazing and really easy to talk to.
