I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at easyJet (Gatwick, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
The day started off with signing in at reception and being guided to the canteen. This is probably the most daunting part, meeting all of the candidates. everybody there was so polite. I would advise finding a group and taking a seat and just getting to know people. this really helped calm my nerves a lot. we were then called up for the standard checks, height, passport and other documentations. then we were taken upstairs and given a brief introduction by the team leading the assessment and the various members of crew that were there to assess too. the first group was really fun and got everybody involved and was a problem solving exercise. we then had a presentation on the company which was really informative. it was a bit about easyJet and a day in the life of cabin crew. the second group task was more of a competency based task to evaluate how you would react to different scenarios on board. this was to test not only your customer service skills but also how you communicate with your fellow colleagues. the third group exercise was I would say a time keeping exercise. after this we broke up for lunch. when we came back we were then divided into groups of who would be moving on and who would be staying for the interview process. The interview itself was so much fun. The interviewer really wants you to do well so they make you feel so relaxed. they're really down to earth. All in all I would say, anyone that is interested in applying to be cabin crew, definitely consider EasyJet, the day was so much fun and the staff are lovely and want you to do well. The only reason I have put that I didn't get an offer is because I haven't heard the outcome of the interview yet but wanted to share my experience of the assessment day as a whole.
