    It was a two step process for my interview
    -the first part was a phone interview which went very well. Asking general questions about yourself and what hope to achieve from working with the company
    - face to face interview with manager and area manager.
    I found the face to face interview very good, I was very well prepared for it as I had done sales before so I knew what was going to be needed of me.

    meeting with hr and manager. they asked standard hr questions. The manager asked some networking questions on pstn networking, fibre to the cabinet etc. these are difficult as not thought in schools anymore.

    Applied through recruitment agency, 4 weeks after, I received call that Eir wants to have meeting, interview was scheduled in 7 days, had two meeting with people from recruitment agency about role and general fit, interviewer was late for 15 minutes, basic competency questions about my previous experience, interview lasted around 40 minutes with one senior manager and one supporting member of the team

    5 minute basic interview with a few Tech questions, 1 minute typing test for speed and accuracy requiring around 15-20 wpm, 20 question logic test also, very relaxed interview with a senior operator as opposed to a manager, all carried out over the course of an hour or two, got the job offer within a week of the interview, professional dress code for interview and casual dress code when you get the job.
