I was taken aback because this was in the first two minutes. I responded that I really enjoyed my time as an advisor before and I wanted to get back to working with university students (I had spent the previous couple years working for a High School). Less

I conveyed my position, previous experience, and described what I could bring to the team. I believe focusing on your actual skills and how they benefit the employer is more valuable than listing unrelated accomplishments no matter how proud of them you are. Less

The interview with HR and the manager weren't all that difficult. It was meeting with the VP that was the hardest. He was very difficult to read so it was hard to tell if things were going well or not. He had me do a role play with him during the interview about the job.

The role play was rough because I didn't do enough of my homework to be able to speak intelligently about the product. I was unsure of how things would play out due to this but I ended up getting it. Be prepared! Less
