I answered yes to the interview question. I thought the question was a good one because MGH has standards of behavior and dress that many independent contractors might not care for. Even though I am an independent contractor, at certain times I feel like an employee because I required to wear their logo clothing, and follow the dress code, attend meetings, and I do not get breaks during my shift. Yellow is a warm, exciting, friendly color. I would paint the picture in words, for example, "imagine you sit next to a fireplace or at the beach. You can feel warm from the fire or the sun making contact with your face. You will feel relax and peaceful, but you energize by the ray or warmness." That is what yellow in words.
