As a project manager, it is your job to oversee the creation and execution of company projects and ensure that all team members stay on track to meet deadlines. Expect interview questions that will assess your ability to lead a group and communicate effectively to members with different roles and varying concerns. As the scope, schedule, and cost of a project can change frequently, the interviewer may ask you to role-play a few scenarios in which a project deadline changes or several group members leave the company.
Give me an example of what you've done to maintain teamwork in a tight deadline
At my current position we were given a project that had a 24 hour turn around time. I contacted my peers who are working on this project with me and immediately brain stormed and created a timeline. It is important to communicate with your team member and give everyone a chance to participate this way you can quickly focus on the task at hand each person tackled their portion and we had the project finished within 8 hours. When you have a deadline and you are working with a team is best to give everyone a task so they feel that they part of it also. This is key to the success of the projectd
In genral term I wil divide work and help them too if any problems occures we will sove by all team member review and for the dead line l will give two day before then the becuase of it may work early and we got two more day to do more improvement
