Ask my colleagues.

I would either google my question and see "the best answer" results... in addition, I would look in the Apple Q&A Forums, to see if a user(s) also had similar issue, but was resolved successfully. If those failed, do not hesitate to reach out to your team mates for assistance, because they may have the solution handy to close out your ticket. Less

They ask many questions where they want you to recite specific experiences that you have had. Yes, you might not have gone through every single one of the scenarios which they are asking you about. However, try your best to go prepared with instances to as many of their questions/scenarios as you can think of so that you sound confident with your answers. Less
