What do you do when you have 5 customers waiting in line and everyone wants to be out the door in 15 minutes?
What I would do is personally go up to each and every customer, extend my hand, explain to them my role in the sales process and tell them I want to make sure they understand every aspect of the paperwork so that there are no concerns down the road. I would build value in the fact that this company is doing very well today and that's why we are a bit backed up. People want to buy from us not the competition because we do business the right way.
